This is the first blog entry of the year, and it's the best time to introduce something new from Beauté Finds. To the you that will be working hard to make 2023 the best year ever... indulge and reward yourself with something from Luxe Polaris!
What is Luxe Polaris?
Basically, Luxe Polaris is our jewelry store right here in Beauté Finds. You can find it by clicking Jewelry in the top navigation bar. We sell ready-to-wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets and accessories that are beautiful and worth the price tag. If you want a different style or color, simply send us a request. We may even be able to customize some pieces!
When is the right time to buy jewelry?
If you have your basic needs covered and have a little extra cash to buy anything you want, jewelry is always a good purchase. It's not just something "pretty" or "fancy" to wear... did you know that humans as early as 25,000 years ago used accessories to stand out from the pack (to show they hold positions of power) or get a sense of belonging (to signify they're part of the tribe)? The use of jewelry can go beyond fashion.
The earliest pearl and gold earrings date back to 4,000 years ago. Historians surmise that ancient society believed in the hidden power of gold, crystals and gemstones, such as bringing one luck or protecting children from illness. Some of those beliefs still carry on to this day, like wearing your birthstone (any February babies?).
And of course, well-crafted expensive jewelry can be an investment because it's an asset that increases in value with time. It's a great gift to someone special, or if you feel like spoiling yourself with something extravagant... then you know where to go *wink*.
