Shipping Time

We ship out orders daily, from Monday to Saturday (1 PM Cut Off Time). The following outlines the estimated shipping time for your order 

  1. Local Shipping (within Metro Manila) - Orders within Metro Manila are usually being handled by our in-house rider. Delivery will most likely be received within the same day (if ordered until the cut off time), or the next day. If the delivery address is not within 10km radius, we are most likely to ship the parcel via a third-party courier like J&T or LBC; in such cases, the parcel will be received within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
  2. Local Shipping (Provincial) - Orders from provincial addresses will be shipped via a third-party courier and will most likely be received within 2-3 business days.
  3. International - We ship to selected countries only. Please check the Shipping Calculator located in your shopping cart to see if we ship to your country. Delivery via DHL is faster and more reliable, however, their service is more expensive. International shipments usually take 5-10 business days depending on the courier and country.

  • For items that are currently in stock, please keep in mind that warehouse processing may take 1-3 days, which may impact delivery times.

Customs Duties

  • Please note that Shipping Fee being charged during checkout is solely Shipping Fee and does not include any kind of taxes of the destination country.

  • As per local regulations, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by the purchaser.

  • Please note that taxes are more likely to apply to an order that has been shipped via expedited shipping.

Shipping Time / Failed Deliveries

  • Shipping times may be slower for remote locations and additional fees may apply.
  • Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office.

 

  • Beautefinds is not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name.

  • If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact support@beautefinds.com as soon as possible before shipment to provide your order number and correct information.

  • Unforeseen delays or slight delays in providing tracking details may occur, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Ensuring your order is delivered as soon as possible is our top priority.

  • Shipping times do not include order processing. Please check the Order Details page for more information on your order.

  • During peak shopping seasons, unexpected delays may occur during shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Restrictions

Our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery to certain addresses, please be sure to provide your address and specific details such as street/building number, name, phone number, email, etc.
